These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases from Beyond Modular (“we,”
“our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
“Buyer” refers to the individual or business purchasing goods or services.
• “Seller” refers to Beyond Modular.
• “Goods” means any products supplied by Beyond Modular.
• “Services” refers to any installation, design, or consultancy services provided by
Beyond Modula
Pricing & Payment
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless specified.

Delivery & Risk
